i think comes the ex-date, the price will go up even more. The article by The Edge features a very good write up about GOB and how the proceeds from the rights issue will be utilised. initially, i am abit pessimistic about the PNT acquisition - but reading from the article , it seems to fit into management's objective of diversifying their income by 2017.

（吉隆坡10日訊）柏威年產業信托（PAVREIT,5212,主板產業投資信托組）非執行董事拿督朱兆祥收購環球東方（GOB,1147,主板產業組）6.55%股權，崛起成為公司大股東之一。

環球東方發文告指出，朱兆祥是在9月3日通過收購持有環球東方6.55%股權的Indera Muhibbah私人有限公司，崛起成為公司大股東。

同時，環球東方執行董事奧特曼莫哈末則憑著間接持股12.05%，穩坐公司最大股東地位。
