Thanks for buyer who bought my 2000 lots @ 1.050 ... Hit and run lorr.. But this not my expectation profit only 12k.. Thinking about above 1.150 for GOB price opening today after announcement.. But only 2 cent up... Chow dulu lorrr... Lepas ni mau karam lorr..

Still hoping GOB price move back to RM 1.060 this month ka? Hoping for another strike? Based on current price, Glomac dividend only give you around 2% return. If buying at higher price (more than 1.07), the return even less. So, worth to buy???? If you really hope to get good return on the short time based on the dividend (for share which is less than 1.00), then you should go to Salcon. Give you 3.4% return. If you invest in GOB, is for long term.

This counter is not meant for short term goreng.. It is for longer term investment. If your money can't park here can try other counters. But I believe who bought this and still holding it now would be a long term investor. You will definetey get return . Be patient mate..

GOB is good counter...sama macam itu Malton & Tambun..this 3 counter is major player in Penang.. Lim Guan Eng sudah umum project..yes it good for investment..my prediction the price will going south for this coming 3 weeks..not sampai Holland la, just sampai Tambak Johor saja.. Maybe will touch par 90 cents..market will rest for world cup...volume will reduce..can't push forward.. I sold my GOB last 2 weeks, coz i want to buy back at lower price..best time to buy is masa semi final world cup..sound stupid right? Masing masing punya strategi la..hahaha.. After world cup bursa will rebound strongly..strong one.. Now i acquired Glomac, waiting for bonus and Year End Financial Report release...within 3 weeks..once release, sell lor.. Hit & Run lorr.. Get profit and increase my capital.. Can buy more GOB after that..

After the rights issue, this will virtually eliminate the gearing in this company. Both of its crown jewels being:
(1): Batu Kawan ----> can be financed wholly via operating cash flows,
(2): DaMen ----> almost sold out
does not exert much financial commitment on GOB.

This frees GOB to undertake future expansion. GOB is likely to benefit from its connection to Malton by virtue of getting hold of strategic landbank.
