As i mentioned earlier. Chairman with banking experience. Anyhow i dont think there will be significant impact to the bank with the new chairman. unless they want to push for another merger exercise which i doubt so.

Low interest rate is good for MBSB due to lower funding cost and 50% of its loan is at fixed rate. Next quarter will be much better. Just buy on weakness.

The only bank with below than RM1.00 share price. The revenue is steady within MYR700-800mil, as compared to other banks which heavily reliant on floating interest loan.

During low interest period as per current situation, they would benefit more than the others, as they might have locked the loans in previous years when interest rate is higher. Worry about moratorium modification loss and impairments? These might be written back later once economy improve.

Today there is lot selling queue between 68.5 to 70.0cent. once this clears up, then it will test the previous resistance at 74cent.

2: MBSB's strong CG. A translation of its effort to pure outcome as seen on its sturdy growth over time.

3: Building a solid groundwork to continuously upend its position to be a stronghold Islamic bank in Malaysia. More to cover on the revenue with potential clientele's deposit over time as interest slowly recovers globally.

4: Roll over earnings = The earnings though inconsistent, were on the footings of recovery since 2015. Given enough room to partake on its return in terms of equity = I am looking to gauge its performance based on an intrinsic percentage valued at 134% YoY (Pure earnings, not EBITDA). This should set a benchmark moving forward for MBSB as I expect not a recovery but more of a sturdy mid-long term growth of 8 years time into the standard of 1 billion, which should appraise the stock at RM3.00.
