Simple explaination...ESOS offer to the employees of MBSB @ xxx units.. when they exercise the ESOS granted, the units of Ordinary Shares increase.. the units sold by employees will bought by ppl.. if sold @ 2.10 - 1.01 or 1.44 =$$$ gain to employees..
