2011-2012 有生意量亏钱没现金流没钱还钱负债被债主告进入pn17 是逻辑的 。
2013 旧老板把sumatec 卖给新老板halim 结束子公司马来西亚油气业务 。公司结构改变没 revenue 是逻辑的 。 白武士halim入股带合约项目 给sumatec 有大户和基金投资是正常的。

2014 knm 老板的公司 INTER MERGER 买 sumatec 和 UPSTREAM DOWNSTREAM PROCESS & SERVICES 也买，你sumatec是做一站式油田 ，那两个公司当然是有份安装油田设备投资sumatec 是可逻辑的。 不过安装油田设备也要一两年好 ，2014和2015 有revenue 不逻辑的 应该revenue最少在2016 就逻辑，造假吧 。

knm 老板当然不止是安装也定做以后油田oil n gas repair 和 sevices 的。身为上市公司老板的lee 肯定会关注sumatec 2014和2015 财报的，我都看了奇怪难道lee 看了不奇怪吗？ 他应该这样想的吧..哈哈我帮你安装设备还没好尽然有revenue 没关系啦..以后油田产油sumatec 就是金鸡母啦。为何INTER MERGER 2016不投资了吗? 难道知道没油产出？油气业服务也要停吧 ..有来往第一个知道内情吧？所以knm老板卖掉走人...哈哈...UPSTREAM DOWNSTREAM PROCESS & SERVICES也跟lee 想法一样吧...卖掉走人...

1.我卖掉是应为油价下来盈利会下滑。
2.按照合约头两年有肉第三后没肉坑骨头的。
3.提早有revenue 有疑点...造假的我就趁高卖掉走人。

2014年是不是油价高峰老板为了配合油价提早有revenue 炒高股？还是根本产不出油 ？ 还是所有revenue 都是假的本来都没有的？2018没有revenue 就是油田停止了? 所以才没钱..没钱还债主被告!
sumatec从2011年到2019 现金流少过 5mil 现金流都比ACE market 股少 ，sumatec 超级烂和同业油气公司比都烂过perisai 很多 ！

sumatec apa pun tak ada sudah kosong tak ada contract oil and gas sudah terminate , bank account tak ada wang , cuma ada hutang lapuk dan cuma ada kertas saham sumatec 0.005 saja count down 1 hari kertas wang 0.005 pun hilang apa pun tak ada....

Saya hold 5000 lot harga setengah sen kahkahkah.Bukannya tak biasa rugi bila trading saham.Apapun kelmarin saya untung besar kbunai waran yg nak suspend selasa minggu depan,beli 1.5 sen tengahari dan jual 2.5 sen petang.Apapun boleh berlaku bila trading saham sama ada yg nak suspend atau tidak.Harapan utk sumatec tetap ada dan harapan inilah yg menimbulkan keseronokan hahaha.
