Singapore's banks has reported a revenue growth between 5% to 24% couple with better profits. Their share prices are traded between PER 9.3x to to10x or P/B between 1.05x to 1.3x. Maybank, Pbbank & HLbank are certainly overvalued in comparison with Singapore banks. TP remains at least 20% discount from the current share prices.

No use. As the share is cheaper, foreign investors don't want to enter the market because of political uncertainty and covid 19 issue. So, money is pusing inside country and no new foreign fund inflows. So, how the share market can grow.

Looking at bnm reserves, it is still significantly lower than before ringgit fell to stabilize at 4.20 (worst is 4.80 if not mistaken). We have smart chief economist who unplugged ringgit away from 3.80. Despite trade surplus and FDI inflow, reserves remain low vs that time. How much portfolio funds outflow over the past few years?

We blamed the poor quality educated young but if they are really poor, thanks to those high quality educated old folks who left these situations of low fx, corruption, rising income discrepancies, less harmony environment etc. Anyway, personally don't think all young are that bad but bosses try creating impression so that can squeeze them and lazy to train them. Nowadays supervisors are less tolerance and have forgotten those days who trained them.
