OLH is very cunning businessman...Just look at how he took Pjdev private...He squeezed Sholders to the max depriving them of pjdev's true value...He is seeing growth in Symlife tat is why he acquired Symlife shares..
Besides I m optimistic tat even in times of property slump, Symlife is aggressively planning several upcoming projects soon tat should deliver strength to its future growth...I m sure research house will initiate a full coverage of tis gem soon...My target price is focus at 1.60 by year end n 2.20 by 2018...even Ecoworld n Mahsing can't beat Symlife...
I notice that in AR FY2017 page 132 and 133 Symlife has joint a new company with 33.33% cost 5m called Jakel Land Sdn Bhd. Jakel Land SB has 690m total assets and 675m total liabilities. Quite a big amount. Anybody know what is this company?
