Bjtoto has been trading RM 4.00 b4 ......so the chances to break RM 4.00 is very strong ....and with the TP @ 4.25 given by Kenanga , it will be of great expectations by many....the other plus factors r that the major shareholders r collecting more each day.....I think something good is forth coming...good div or bonus shares????

last year same period , the co gave free shares..in the ratio .1 :43 , so this coming quarter shall be another bonus shares ...in the making....

Even today's valuation at about 3.53 is a good buy yielding > 7%.

The 2 points of concern are :

a) the GST (as mentioned above) &

b) How HR Owen acquisition will pan out. If the Mat Sallehs have for years a tough time getting the Co in shape, I don't think our Toto guys can make any positive radical changes.

limay we shall c..what the point of getting bonus shares?..after that price drop..seem like u r new..lazy explain..price from 2008 rm4.90 until now 2014 is 3.50..1 year dividend =rm0.24..0.24x6 year=rm1.44.......rm4.90-rm1.44=rm3.46..so u dream will go to rm 4.25 la.

if u bought at 3.46 , u still make some coffee money even at this price without div 6c , if u choose 6c div after ex , u may end up getting more later ...good or bad times but gambling still shine brighter each day!

As long as Supreme 6/58 which about RM40mil still there, then it revenue & profit (assume luck factor is normal). Will further accumukate if price drop further.

For me good shares come with good dividend yield and continued increase in share price. This only consider GENUINE yield of return.

it. if u put into FD, if u opt for capitalised interest u will see ur capitalised will be growing each year.

But this BJToto have to see this case of thing happen year by year? I guess NO. It only depreciate year by year.
Simply logic if ur dividend yield are good it will attact more people to invest in your company, then it will result in capital gain (share price rise) as well.

for me this kind of business should not have any effect event economic bad. But u still see share price deteriorate day by day. no bonus issue at all.

Even in bad case scenario say dividend drop to 20sen a year. Is the yield worse than FD? No wonder VT bought more than he sold past few months. Present price is good enough to support even dividend drop to very unlikely 12sen(meaning EPS a qtr 3-4sen).

No share price increase is even better for buyer who see long term value in the company. We don't buy a share after huge increase in share price.

I also suggest BJ Toto should buy back share at present price even if this mean forgoing dividend.

The way to go forward ...

1. Buy-back & cancel shares &

2. Get rid of HR Owen if it cannot improve the Co in 3 years (or else like a bottomless pit, it will suck money without paying back)

BToto looks delicious at 3.38. Unfortunately quarter ending 31 Jan is the last to enjoy absence of GST.

I usually count the number of patrons whenever I pass by a Sports Toto outlet. Usually I noticed if Toto is next to Magnum, more patrons will be at Magnum. Does any of you agree with me?

A few days ago I was pleasantly surprised a lone Toto half shop outlet at Hartamas had a rather large crowd - about 14.
