if they can consistently develop building and sell it for profit, it's good enough it's hard to judge from quarter result and the so-called one-off gain. CIMB Research said the next property to be disposed of is likely to be the Celcom Tower as soon as the building is completed.

The last few weeks , someone was accumulating MRCB-WA :) . Mother fell but WA stand ground. You look at percentage. If MRCB mother climbs to RM 1.85 , I calculated MRCB-WA would go up to 20 sen.
So buying MRCB results in 21% gain, while buying warrant will result in around 60% gain.
On the other hand, MRCB-WA cant move up if MRCB mother does not move up. So, that "someone" would have bought MRCB and MRCB-WA to optimize his gain.
With more IB giving good target, MRCB would go up. Tabung Haji was the seller in the past few weeks, with better news, they can turn buyer. Think about it.
