i went to their agm and egm before, the mgmt always stresses that their biz model is to develop, fully tenant out, then sell buildings - that is their product lifecycle regardless they build residential or commercial...
so i dunno why some of you still like to complain that their profit each Q is from selling commercial buildings, thats their modus operandi mah! if they were to build, tenant out, and maintain forever, the quarterly margins even lower. But the asset list will look impressive on paper only, no cash profit coming in. No value for shareholder oso right?
my remisier told me they will be announcement soon that the mrcb is getting handsome offer from epf on the highway asset. Definitely and 100% sure will hit 1.60 next week,
