Tabung Haji and EPF bought >10 mil shares in June for >RM 14 mil and > 23 mil shares in Jul for > RM 32 mil for a total of 33 mil shares in Jun-July for >RM 46 mil
guy..the minister already mentioned, the master developer of bandar malaysia must be fortune 500 company = MRCB not even qualify to submit the proposal unless MRCB team with another Fortune 500 company for the project. The highest chance to get the bandar Malaysia project now in fact is Sunsuria, with team with China CITIC group which is rank 163th in Fortune 500 and strong China government background. Read again the news on the criteria http://www.thestar.com.my/business/business-news/2017/07/05/mof-issuing-proposals-for-bandar-malaysia-on-wednesday/
MRCB will shoot up!! U go to the Dolphin forum, last few weeks i said that have insiders news n indicators for Dolphin and people there laughed at me.. and suprised!!! Dolphin shoot up to 58% yesterday. they laughed at me but i laugh back at them! jahahhahaha.. and i believe that mrcb will have a nice breakout since this company fundamental and catalyst is strong
This property counter has nothing to shout about.EPF can keep buying and mopping up the shares from the market but the price has not stabilised of yet!.Are they throwing good money after the bad or they know something that we public investors do not know? :-((( 2.When looking at the last QR it is poor.Profits only RM 10,462 millions and EPS is very low at only 0.49 cents. As one of the politically-connected counters with such mediocre earnings what is there to shout about. They have managed to win quite a number of plum tender jobs but where is the strong profits. Another counter that makes poor investment return for EPF???
In fact all of us betting on the Bandar Malaysia is speculating, not investing aldy.. Well, talking abt spec, now should see who got the higher chance to bid and win, so far left SUNSURIA and MRCB

Usually, if major shareholder want to privatise, make price go down, right?
