Fed maintains bond-buying program

The US Federal Reserve left unchanged near-zero interest rates and its massive bond-buying program on Wednesday, citing modest growth in the world's largest economy.

I see, thanks. the share rised, dnt know wat it indicates, but tech indicators showed bearish, I really dnt expect more from this share. Fitch downgrade, federal reserve meeting, court case all pull this share down to the bottom.
