The exercise price Is RM2.10 ~~
Far away to convert to mother shares...
The mother shares current Price = RM1.52
The -WA should be value = (-RM0.58)
I sold -WA and Buy again Mother Shares ~~

（吉隆坡27日訊）消息說，馬資源（MRCB,1651,主板建筑組）正考慮以1億8千萬至2億令吉價格，脫售大使─淡江大道（Duke）的30%股權。
《The Edge》引述消息說，上述大道目前已開始營造健康現金流，且符合內部回酬目標，馬資源目前正與數方洽談賣股事宜。
消息補充，上述股權交易估值是以Wira Kristal不久前將大使─淡江大道70%股權轉賣給怡克偉士（EKOVEST,8877,主板建筑組）的交易估值作準。（星洲網）

Hi, I'm new to this forum but i know MBSB biz well. This counter is strictly for short term play only. No good to hold long bcoz BNM new guidance for personal lending is restrictive to grow loan base.

Affin Reseach maintains Buy on MRCB

KUALA LUMPUR: Affin Research has maintained its Buy call on Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB) with a target price of RM2.37 as its share price continues to trade significantly lower than RM2.37.

On Friday, Affin said MRCB announced that unit, Gelanggang Harapan Construction had on Oct 1 bagged a contract worth RM80.8mil from GCH Retail Malaysia to construct Giant Hypermarkets in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur and Kampar, Perak.

“ The award is positive and will further add to its order book, which has been raised to RM3bil following the completion of the acquisition of Gapurna Land, an OKR project with a gross development value (GDV) of RM2.45bil and Gapurna Builders, a Subang project with a GDV of RM377mil, and with the acquisition of a 70% stake in PJ Sentral, which is still unresolved,” it said.

It added another positive development is that the contract was secured by Gelanggang Harapan Construction, which was recently acquired.

Do not blame this counter for bad performance. Almost all counters in Bursa drop becos of US government shut down. This is a strong company with lots of potentials. Hope next week will go up....

foreign funds are throwing due to their Trust Deed of their funds does not allow them to hold derivatives instrument like warrant, so it is good opportunity for us to buy now with gearing of about 6.5, we have at least 90% wining chance if we enter at this level

with my calculation, the throwing is almost near completion, we just wait and see from tomorrow onwards.
