@samuel Luke let me tell you one more thing. RI is purely subscribed by operator like epf. Retailer won't subscribe normally. So after ex and their got their share they must goreng up to at least 30 % so that it can cover all the loan and etc. After reaching 1.3 then they short again. Win win win

It is not guessing but study all the chart and etc. Historical will tell more. From Ipo until now every 20% upside of Mrcb must be covered with 20% down. It is their nature.
