last call b4 u are trap forever in MRCB. The downtrend has started and would continue for few days and reach back 0.60. For those who hold warrants whereby the exercise price is RM1 and expiry within the next 2-3 months, just sell it and move on. MRCB-C32 is too high with the premium now. The issuer was trying to push it to 0.105 this morning but seem the market is calm enough on not to fall for frenzy buying. This is how MRCB gonna trap you just like how it reacted when MRCB won HSR.

Hi Guys,

It has been a spectacular rebound for MRCB today due to the positive turn of event for MRCB/GKENT  PDP for LRT3 being restored.

With  almost 200 Million Shares Done with 27% gain MRCB has not been so actively chased up for a long long time.

The Trigger was due to MRCB being oversold plus the Positive Reinstatement of LRT3 Project.

This shows that PH's Policy is not set in stone as things might yet change.

THINGS MIGHT YET CHANGE?

YESSS!

FM Lim Guan Eng said even the HSR is viable if the "Price is Right"

And rumour has it that HSR could be done for half the price - Only Rm55 Billions instead of the bloated Rm110 Billions

And if MRCB could go up 27%  with the reinstatement of LRT3 who knows whether It Might Even Go Double Limit Up if

MRCB's PDP Job for High Speed Rail (HSR) is Up Again?

It should linger around 0.60 for some time before it gets more clarity on the HSR, EDL and other projects. MRCB is considered pro BN and UMNO last time. It still left to be seen if MRCB would be penalized by PH or can compete on equal terms with other construction companies since now they no longer have big bro to look after them and award them contract.

The worst is over for construction stock, Those they buy cheap should keep for short term. If u can observe in the stock movement for construction stock, price tend to drop bit, price rebound strongly whenever there is good news.... More good news coming.

It wont down that drastic today as the euphoria and hope is still there. Give it another 3-5 trading days before the hard reality sets in. Punters and speculators still have time to exit if they want to but usually they wont until the counter drop back below 0.65 and make a 0.05 - 0.1 loss within 3 days.

I see very good value & strong fundamental in selective construction stocks.. This stocks have some more good news to come, that will reflect the true value of the stocks. Downside is limited, price drop few cents when bad new announced, price jumps strongly whenever there is good news.. By looking at the Balance sheet, it is good bet for mid term..

If u read the PH gov announcement lately, the "bad news" will be announcing till 100days, there after, good news will be flowing in till budget day on 2/11/2018. Market sentiment has changed & turn positive this weeks. Don't just look at day to days share price, i strongly see the price will trading upwards now.
