whether to hold or sell, all depends on individual strategy/set target and holding power. Last year, even without much news, I managed to gain in MRCB some attractive gain several times. This time around, Im still hesistating, to hold or to sell first. No matter what, there will be correction before it go up further. I believe, whoever has the patient to hold, like cytew mention, one might see their share gain much....

this share is on up trend now, with all the good news coming out one by one.. i believe it can go above 2.5 RM . the share price been hold up at below 1.7 so long. The boss will push up the share price high high .. the show is not yet finished. You see how muhibah can touch 3 RM...What is MRCB ? if u compare to Muhibah. I expect EDL deal will be concluded soon.

last year June time, MRCB is around 1.80, it drop thereafter ,maybe due to many -ve happenings...This year, all the -ve happening seems to be resolved one by one in MRCB favour :)

We have invested more than 30 millions unit so far, will add more in coming 2 weeks (EPF is about finish selling in 2 to 3 weeks time) before Q2 results is released on August,MRCB is going to make PBT 500 millions for the years 2014 due to assets disposal, provisions write-back and others(disclosed by management in recent AGM) , till CNY the full year 2014 financial results will be released by then , buy more and at least hold till CNY,based on my theory of Nine,Global markets are likely to experience a strong bull after 21st December 2014 till 21st March 2016,thereafter global markets CRASH is likely to occur , perhaps drag down by property bubble burst from China, we just wait and see.

Mr Tew has his track records since i know him in year 2010.
he has gone thru 3 full cycle and survive them all.
2011 global market trend anticipation by him is still fresh in many ppls mind.

MRCB has deep assets in its account, management from Gapurna is confident in turning the company couple with its actions to pare down the debt.

The write back of the impairment made in year 2013 will bring back 100 mil profits for doing nothing. Together with its various disposal and the normal business project (PJ Sentral/KL Sentral/Penang Sentral), the management team is confident in achieving the 500mil profit before tax.

TH and EPF and other funds are disposing their warrants due to RESTRICTION of their fund deeds, the CEO is just like us, look at BIMB-wa, funds are unloading too.

Buyers are individuals like us, there are about 34k warrant holders in MRCB, the qty of warrants are about 570 millions, the average is about 17k per person, so volatility is good, and good gearing of about 6.5,parity is about 75.6% now, with duration of more than 4 years to expiration, the most important factor now is the future visibility is good and prospective with the transformation from construction-based entity to first-tier property developer.

The computation of BSM model is useful but this advance tools might not necessarily be the sole valuation method for warrant especially for MRCB WA.

We can simply took check through via its parity and compare the gearing as well as premium which in the approx range with the parity of MRCB. Then we can easily see the relationship between MRCB and MRCB Wa and thus valuation of MRCB WA
