I still believe in this counter. It is in the process of bending it's knee to jump..Old co mehhh. Most investors are looking more in longterm relationship..Not 4 T&G kind of things..This counter will become like EcoWorld..Take a few steps backward, hold back and ready to rumble when the time is right..

马资源早前注入资產的建议，將导致它成为桂嘉资本大股东之一，配合这项企业活动，该公司向证券监督委员会申请，裁定马资源与桂嘉置地私人有限公司、桂嘉產业有限公司和桂嘉置业有限公司等，不是行动一致的股东。

这项裁决已经被证券监督委员会否定。

由於在完成收购之后，这4家公司的持股將会超过33%上线，將触动强制性全面献购机制。

因此，马资源以及另外3家公司，料將会寻求豁免进行全面献购。
