Super gem..after net of 94.9m disposal gain from duke,profit still up more 400%. But big news is mrcb confirm toll collection from edl began 1 Aug 14. Next q both revenue and profit likely be more than 10 times with a lot of money from quill capital,approx 500m,edl and property . Want 10x or 20x return better buy more mrcb WA.

MRCB...2015 & 2016 both revenue and profit few hundred % higher not a problem...given that huge contribution from EDL, MX1, 9Seputeh, PJSentral & Penang Sentral...EDL and REIT (from Quill) will give them constant revenue income to go big into property. I expect more projects will come from Sg Buloh given that the whole project likely to be developed by KDSB, a new company jointly formed by EPF & MRCB. MRCB has 70% stake in KDSB. So obvious.after gabungan coming...the new CEO inject gabungan land asset into mrcb hen bring on Namibia 2 brothers on board...the takeover quill capital followed by settlement in pjsentral,revival of penang central and baking mx1 project and latest getting green line from Namibia govt to begin eel toll collection..all this done in less than a yr. It is do clear cut,nib govt want to create a blue chip property company like capital land owned by spore govt. Mrcb stand a high chance to become a blue chip in a short while given that most of their property projects located in prime area, plus another most critical success factor...heavy human traffic...as most of this projects suronded by major transportation central.
