MRCB 3.5b debt..biggest risk if mkt bad then property sales going to be affected..may be expand at wrong timing...if sales not good then servicing interest on dent might have problem...Another worry is the deal with Quill Capital still in progress...if mkt condition get worst next yr...then valuation of Platinum Plaza may be lower and deal may call off then 470m cash from Quill may gone...Just be careful...

Foreign fund not interested in MRCB!.....lariiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii jauh jauh...and come back when the shares in 50-70sen region....Father -Son team like no team....
