Didn't manage to add anything today due to Maybank IB maintenance =.=. When want key in it show maintenance early morning when I wanted to add so didn't make it through.

Monday will up back already for all quite normal. All scared because Dow drop so much yesterday night mar. I thought can get a good deal this morning. But if you hold something you don't understand naturally afraid la. But of course Paramount is not that kinda stock. If Paramount you see -0.10 other stocks should have gone bankrupt lol

Buy this share and keep for 4 years, by then property market should recover. During this duration, I am entitled to dividend of 4.5 sen dividend, which is the final dividend for FYE 2019. 2020 is a much better year than 2019 as the 1QR registered RM470M after tax vs RM104M in 2019. Can i expect 2020 dividend of at least 6.5 sen which is the amount paid/payable for FYE 2019? If so, the total dividend over the next 12 months or so would be 4.5sen + 6.5 sen = 11sen. 11sen/92sen = 11.96% which is about the return of FD rate over the next 4 years. This does not consider dividend payable in 2021 to 2024!

Of course, those who does not want to keep it for 4 years may take profit earlier during the duration of 4 years. Prices do fluctuate. I merely provide a risk management view in case markets collapse.

Dividends should be almost similar to prior years. 2020 confirm performance is worse. Performance is good due to one of disposal only. But I see this as a positive one if you've read previous previous quarter reports and annual reports you know they should dispose their education business. Anyhow this is a gem many do not know and lazy to read haha

Those got profit better take some. This market is neither up or down its like no direction. I have sold half my holdings today, to buy back later at a lower price. Average costs for my holding is 0.75. Continue to monitor closely.

If compare quarter results, this counter is unbelievable and the historical EPS and records it gives. What I see is nearly 90% of stocks March 2020 results all so red...the only safe bet to bet everything is my darling here hehe
