This company very interesting. Many impairment on this and that, extra tax also created from impairment. many cash invested in fix income etc. interest incomes and interest expenses also many. complicated financial report I have never ever seen. I cut when it falls to my ABP but still very interested in this counter from a high of 0.81.
Although tempted to reenter at level below my selling price, but final decision is not to do so looking at numbers of heart attack (Eg. Sendai JAKS) QR released recently.

And it ended out as a correct decision.
Noone know there will be a sudden impairment.
If not by production volume and selling price plus currency exchange of their IDR notes, there is no reason it would not be profitable.

It seemed like their Indonesia subsidiary is quite a problematic one.

Private placement or not subscribing Rights Issues are dilution.
Bonus issue is accross the board, share price will be adjusted down but it is not a dilution.

Most of minor share holder will think run first, cut loss, predict own target price. AnywAy, that is common , sell on fear. Try to imagine, if u all are smart enough ,.u Don want this share, throw, u also need people to buy your share. It is something like you Don want the counter , other major shareholder acted like robin hood help u ,..If the counter nobody want , it will lot of seller cannot sell m no buyer at all..enjoy the game ..u will know how big fish eat small fish ..risk , opportunities always play each other

I didn't sold ..100 lot or 100k volume I had .. Big fish also didn't run , we small fish just wait n see.. Haha.. AnywAy , major shareholder are active now, buy people company , give bonus share , expand hospital business , settle Indonesia subsidiary problem , all also need money and market confidence . Cos my cost is 67 cents to 70 cent , not much difference buy low at 66 cents , we can't predict future price . Agm coming , can screw them , keep some lot at least .
