Basically when came to quality issue, raw material is the key then only process flow.

If it is raw material issue, then not only CG expose to the risk, other unknown companies as well if they got it from the same supply source..

How honest of the management of these company??? you have to justify yourself.

I sold all my share in these company - 1,000,000 share.
Purchase range 1.13-1.15, sold at 0.825. (lose RM 315,000)
Will slowly purchase Karex at RM 0.70++

The profit after tax of RM4.8 million was lower then RM8.2 million .This was mainly due to company took away RM3.4 million shares without any inform to all shareholders as a awarded to directors as an appreciation to their effort and hard work contributed to the Group since the Company under PN17 status until now
Is this company is a good corporate governance company?

tmr can q at 0.68-0.70.

Normally this type of quality issue can not be just pop-up like that. it should hv already some sign from customer reject 2 to 3 mths ago mb coz by raw material issue or material issue + super cold winter there.

But funny think was that both 2 big directors keep buying share from open market back in early Feb'18 with px 1.05-1.10. I don't think it is serious issue only some parties try to blow it up to force retailer sell.

Mr. Cheang bought 565,000 shares at 1.10 ave
Dato Lau bought 755,000 shares at 1.05 ave
Mr. Sean bought 265,000 shares at 1.09 ave.

If it is a serious issue, both directors can wait until now to buy it from open market which is 30% cheaper than 1.05.

If you already sold, then can forget about this company.
If still holding, wait for 2nd waive...

today i pass thru the factory. The nepal guard told me the new factory have to shutdown production due to no customer order .
