MMC Corp (MMC) and Gamuda have formalised their roles in the Mass Rapid Transit Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) line (MRT2) as joint turnkey contractor (previously project delivery partner or PDP).

As at 11.54am today, both MMC and Gamuda are trading in an upward momentum, up 3.0% and 4.4%, respectively.

吉隆坡：公用事业和基础设施集团MMC Corp Bhd截至2019年12月31日止第四季度实现净利润6868万令吉，较之前的1亿1970万令吉下降42.5％。

MMC在今日向大马交易所提交的文件中表示，该季度的收入从去年同期的16亿令吉下降29.6％至11亿令吉。

这是由于2018年11月修订合同后，KVMRT-SSP生产线和Langat污水处理项目的工作进度降低了。

MMC宣布派发每股4仙的末期股息，总额达1.218亿令吉，并于6月26日支付。

全年，该集团的收入为47亿令吉，比去年的49.8亿令吉减少5.3％。

这是由于2018年11月修订合同后，KVMRT-SSP生产线和Langat污水处理项目的工作进度降低了。
