In Serendah Talam industrial lands have only a book value of Rm5. 40 sen

Market should be Rm45 psf

So Talam Nta should be over 80 sen

For those who seriously want to get the truth

Go look up Talam Annual Report for year 2009

Year 2009 Talam reports gave a break down of Serendah lands with individual titles

Most agricultural lands only got master title

When agricultural master title is converted into individual titles they are usually

1. Residential
2. Commercial
3. Industrial

For Talam lands they are suitable for Township

So got residential/commercial/industrial all thrown in as one

This highly valuable as all necessary paper work has been done and also conversion fees have been paid

THE book value in year 2009 showed over Rm600 millions just for the first piece

Over the years instead of revalue for appreciation Talam just kept devalue them

So with untrained eyes and minds all will miss this hidden gem

Calvintaneng, i don't agree with you. This Talam I have follow many years already. Since 1998. Their share price never go up. Always show lost. I loose a lot of money in this counter. My worst countet.

Sales I too have followed this counter for many many years

Since brisdale and larut time

I have checked that Datuk Chan has

1. Converted to Christ
2. All worship in TA head office
3. Pare down debt
4. Willing to dispose any assets
5. Now assets all appreciated in value

Assets value far exceeds liability

So I think Talam shall do well eventually
