Don't be fooled by 2 naive factors

4 billion shares sounded a lot? But at 4 sen per share the whole cost of entire company is only Rm160 millions

NOW JUST BY DISPOSING 100 ACRES OF GOMBAK LANDS WILL BRING IN

100 x 43,560 = 4,356,000 sq ft

if Rm80 psf

So 4,356,000 x 80 = RM348 MILLIONS

This will pay up all its debts of Rm300 millions

So Rm348 Millions - Rm300 Millions = Rm48 millions

SO JUST SELLING ONE ASSET TALAM WILL BE DEBT FREE

AND WITH EXTRA RM48 MILLIONS CASH WHICH IS 30% OF PAID UP CAPITAL

I think Cash payout can be done like Pm Corp example

Go for a capital exercise to wipe off accumulated losses first then after balance sheet has been cleaned up

After more assets sale can declare a cash payout

This was what happened in Pm Corp

Capital exercise by wiping off accumulated losses.

Disposal of woodland factory in Singapore

They were diversified, but they bought stocks that no one else wanted (they were far less concerned about understanding the intricacies of the business, and more concerned with valuation and numbers)
Easier said than done (even for most value investors). Concentration is tough, and buying junk is tough. That’s why it’s easier (and less profitable) to own a diversified basket of good companies. It’s easier on you emotionally, and it’s easier to pitch to clients. Over time, you’ll do just fine, but your results won’t be much different than what the overall S&P 500 does.
