Lately , Calvin is selling snake oil on TalamT again . Could it be that TAlamT boss is secretly planning 10 to 1 capital reduction, bringing down the shares issued from 5b to 500m shares? Most likely it is 10 to 1 ratio rather than 20 to 1 . However, 20 to 1 is also a possibility.

There are rules for the Director to take the co private. Not so long ago HOVID tried but unsuccessful. May be u should study it and see.....
EPS 0.57, Annualized 2.25c. If by Dec when they are supposed to have their completed apartments in October and sell them off, I hope the EPS will rise to 8-10c (annualized), else may not see the price spike. If the apartments are low quality, sell them off at a discount. Learn from it and build better apartments/houses in future. Good Luck.
