the news from KenTrade writen on 15/1/2018 is for China market not in Malaysia...talking about coke biz slow in China but steel biz is better. Nothing related to Huaan so do please don’t get yrslf confused.. it is a 2 separate issues.
Some of points mentioned are local investors are sceptical towards the company since its operation is in china ; the company seems to be unstable looking at their financial performance ( losses to profit ratio) , the TP was not specifically stated/ researched by research powerhouse ; if metal prices surges, it definitely gives a good push for the company.
The article is not negative. It merely said that local investors generally are no so convinced with China companies listed here due to geographical location. And there are not many research done on China companies.
China is one of the biggest economies. What local research? They are only interested to give you a target price to sell their achieved portions to ignorant traders. The question to ask is how come the estimated sales revenue of US443 million of Linyi Yehua is not reflected in the QR as Huaan owns 100% of PIPO who owns Linyi Yehua 100%
Top 3 active stock of today, not bad at all, average buy volume was 51%, this mean high confidence especially this last two days investors are very caution awaiting the QR. I think today performance give more evident that QR is excelent.
