After they disposed their Permanis business to Asahi last year, only DOE Industries & Potex Industries are left in their business structure. I don't think there will be a good dividend so soon until they have decide their next business acquisition & start grooming the business.

Well Tony,they will be having their 2qtr Board meeting end of this mth.I beleive they have zero in the co to replace permanis and utilizing their 60 mil cash for the TO.This co definately a profit making co. can tell more than this. looking at 1.25 lvl.

buki, one trick I have learned over the years is that for a stock like this, don't crack our heads trying to figure out too much details. Just buy a little bit and put it aside (emphasis on "little bit").
This is because no matter how we try to analyse and predict, we can never get it right. I doubt even the management has the answer for your question. Even for them, the whole thing is still evolving and they have to play by ears.

sold half of my CI Holdings at 1.75

the profit of 65 sen brings down my cost of investment for the remaining half from 1.10 to 45 sen

the rest will hold long term
