just wait for the offer...which should know real soon... usually bloomberg source is very reliable.... moreover their NTA is 1.89.. offer should be higher than that at least..for PNB to sell..
Net Assets of 1.89 per share as of latest quarter report. Would expect PNB to accept offer price no less than RM1.89 per share from the buyer. Buyer required to offer GO so to keep the listing status, market price would rally past the offer price to fail the GO.
Plus, CCM's products used by glove co so it would not surprise me if the big glove co bid for CCM from PNB. Imagine if a few of the top glove co bid for CCM, RM2.50 to 2.60 possible.
that is exactly right bullrun. Meaning there is an opportunity for us now to accumulate. When the news is official and likely to, the share price will shoot up to the offer price and there will be no time to buy......
hopefully got a tussle between some big companies dealing with glove chemical or glove.... so PNB can get a good offer, and then they will need to make mandatory offer to rest of the shareholders.
and CCM is probably majority supplier of the chemicals to glovemakers. A takeover by Top Glove is not so good for the other big 3. A takeover fight is possible.
Question now is the control premium that buyer is willing to pay. PNB's stake sale is a controlling stake, usually a control premium above NTA is the practice.
whether announcement is tmr or end Nov, it does not matter as much as the CEO on the chemical side (Mukri bin Harun) buying at RM2.26-2.28 after the share price has rallied so much in the month. For those with at least half a brain, should know this is an obvious positive sign
