If Petronm drops more, I will restart my accumulation to grab the opportunity this round to wait for the announcement of its next proposed decent dividend in April, given that its borrowings has been drastically paid off.
From probability, seems like this expansion requires shut down. someone to clarify please?

Nanomy, from my judgement, this would close down the existing operating units 100% completely.
Its not a minor upgrade where you add on another processing system like HY.
You are basically changing the pipeline to increase the capacity. It is something that can't be done in parallel as there are space constraint. 01/01/2018 21:16
