It has no bank borrowing with substantial cash in hand. Good for medium term investment as it has undervalued landbank in Sri Damansara and it is about to launch a mega affordable condo project with GDV of RM1.5 bil thereon. It is a cheap property counter with good potential.

Staged spike. Friday already move up 50cents ...might stablise again about 47.5-48 ..before another staged hike ... chartwise looks good ..let's see how far can this take us. Target 60cent is possible to achieve in coming week with our CI looking at a possible bull rally breakout.

When people compare this quarter with last quarter, then seem like the EPS is dropping. Anyway, I believe this share will up if we can keep for another 2 or 3 years when Foresta and Element condo handed to the buyers.

At RM0.465, the co is valued at RM278mil. Its two projects alone, namely Foresta and The Elements, can contribute RM400 mil to RM500 mil profit in a few years. Its annual profit should be on the way to record high in a decade. Hence, will its share price move in tandem to record high in the next 1 or 2 years? Let's see!

Buy good share and keep it and it will reward us one day. This is my idea in investment. I also believe in Foresta and Elements. For Foresta, They are selling Tower D now. A and B sold out. Will launch Tower C after D. This project alone can generate RM8Bil revenue.
