Buy the mother share now at 33.0 sen, can ride on the upside next few days. If you buy LR at 5.5 sen, you cost for L&G if convert your LA will be 31.5 sen, but you have to wait for almost one month, the premium of 1.5 sen is not good enough!

101 percent agreed .... bside sell mother share and buy LR is what they 1 u 2 do .. so we act terbalik .. sell lr buy mother ..

and questions:
1. Part II - we need to fill this only if we want to subscribe extra rights?

let your remisier or dealer do it 4 u ... this is their responsibility / job to assist u.. otherwise u may file a complain or change broker ..

yeah, quite mafan, the remiser call me already, tomorrow will go get the revenue stamp and bank draft then mail it. somemore i got 2 CDS account holding L&G, need buy 2 sets, double mafan, have to transfer out the counter put in 1 cds after this

Management mana ada tipu ohh...they use our money to buy office block from Mayland. Layman will think tipu money at first glance, but after going through thoroughly, it is a GOOD deal!

You must double check the location of the Putrajaya office block mah, super PRIME lah and somemore given discount + 2years rental guarantee.

A lot of property companies have good landbank but execution wise is a concern (e.g. MK Land). But L&G has already sold 90% of Foresta phase1, meaning big chunk of revenue locked in for the next 2-3 years!!

My opinion is, if you are lazy like me...don't do anything with the LR, just fork out .13 to subscribe it, and wait for the money to come....Hehehe

after u subscribe the LR ,, become LA ,, then u add another 0.13 ,, u got the mother share .. ex : LR 0.06 + .13 + .13 = .32 per mother share ... y so mahfan ? cause we r in bolehland mah ... endless mahfan ..
