Foresta is 100% owned by L&G but Elements is only 50.01%, and the land cost of Foresta is far lower than Ampang. Thus, it is not a surprise if its profit attributed to owners improves significant in the next few quarters.

Even before the ICULS, L&G has a strong net cash of RM109mil. At the end of FY14Q2 (Sep13), its NET cash has increased substantially to RM267.2mil or 42sen per share.

Sirzack, I prefer 2 cent down. Think of it this way, bigger amount of profit. As of now, the future earnings is looking good. Mayland first shopping mall in Malaysia open its door recently. It's Cheras Sentral (formerly known as Phoenix Plaza). They may launch REIT in the future.

L&G will be one of my main portfolio if the result is good. Then, I am going to apply the magic of compounding in this princess. Till then, I will buy more & sell it if result not good.

I am sure you will get your wonderful feeling at 42 v soon. I bought it @ 36 not long ago. Too bad, don't have that feeling. Too optimistic or pessimistic are the common feels among retail investors.
