It is very possible for L&G to hit 65 sen based on its earning growth underpinned by its RM 800mil unbilled sales. there wont be any bubble in Malaysia...if u expect the property price to drop, just sit down and hope... Property price is not like stock market price....no adjustment...!!!! Property price will always keep growing from month to month...

I stay in JB. The pace of property development here is too fast and too much to many's liking. The city is expanding in a semi-circle manner, i.e. the more it expands, the bigger its covered area is.
Definitely a bubble, at least in JB.

I asked around: how may true-blue locals can afford and who are the buyers, the estimates is:

1) True-blue locals, 5%
2) Locals but working overseas, including Singapore: 25%
3) Foreigners, 35%
4) Developers and owners hold as "investment", 35%

When money policy is tighten, interest rates goes up and banks start to re-call, the scene will be very ugly.

Sorry, did not make it clear.
My views earlier was aim to say that there is definitely a property bubble being formed esp in JB.
However, selective individual developers/companies, esp low or zero gearing, like L&G, are still very "solid" in the current market.

I finally entered @ 0.435..well, I think this counter is worth rm1.00. Good buy! I have read the quarterly results..they have got stronger cash flow now thanks to the right issuance. I can now go sleep and check this counter out again in 6 months. Adios!
