Privatisation is looking unlikely for now. L&G intends to become mid-sized property developer & "good" relations with our government is a must. Thus, listing in KLSE will continue.

smallboy, coz i forgot since oct, so many days additional listing and increase the share base from 598m shares to 633m shares, still 293m-28m=265m/633.6m = 41.8 sen , net cash 41.8 sen vs current share price 42.5 sen

Very Bullish and has an estimated target of $0.50.It is closing its Gap resistance at $0.44 now and strong resistance at $0.46.The upward momentum has slow down meaning some consolidation may take shape.Immediate support adjusts to $0.41/$0.395 (Resistance turns support). The calculation is still wrong, you should add 563milion x 13 cents=73 million to 265 million means 338 mil/(633+563mil)=28.26 cents/share

each LA has to top up 13 cts to get converted. So extending from gark's calculation, each share would has about 28 cts.

according to public invest report (starbiz today), even on fully diluted basis, current share price only reflect PE of 5 times FY15 earnings which is undemanding

you can ask Winnie Chu of Mayland , why she collected 100 million units of LR( her average is 18 cents per unit of LA)during the trading period, and why she is able to get excess units of 37 millions of LA at 13 cents each ? and what is the main purpose of holding 40% of LA instead of mother share ?

So the cash/share is actually 28 cents and not 40+ cents...
