If the EPS of L&G shoots up to 11 or 12 sen for the current FY, it will be interesting to see how high the share price will move up.

The company can be expected to recognize good profits for the next 6 quarters based on the progress of its Foresta Damansara :-

Do take note L&G pbt is above 30% & pat is 27% on YTD. It is one of the best in property industry. As long as the next 2 quarters is good or maintain at current level, we can kiss goodbye to 50 cents.

Iculs (self imprisonment) & institutional investors (a lot of them in top 30) are roadblocks for this beautiful daughter. Till then, stay tuned.

Those who have sold L&G after the announcement of its financial results must have regretted. The company only needs to make another 4.4 sen per share during the next 6 months and its total earnings per share would come up to 10 sen per share for the whole year. A PE of 6 would have catapulted its share price to 60 sen a share. Its NTA is 73 sen per share and it is cash rich.
