i am using a conservative growth rate, it could be higher as the b/sheet looks fine with increasing revenue and profit. Debt to equity also had been reduced over the year. The imporatant factor here is GROWTH, and i think L&G has that. That's no definite answer whether the price will move to that level at a definite time, this is merely to reflect that L&G should worth minimum of the calculated value. Take it as just a guide. happy to sold off all my (few lots) of L&G, my investment in property is only IJMLand. There is few reasons to sell of because these properties stock are too hot and the present move to try to pass the H law that bring the risk to the market. The H law is passed can be huge impact to market!

Last year I bought MPI (below 3) before gap up & sell on contra gain upon gap up (+15% or so) only to see it gone > 50% soon...

i would suggest maybe when it reach 0.66, u set your new cut loss point from there, look at the trend first, if it is still trending, ride with it.

FY13 ended 31.3.14 should pass 100 mil through my research n with low valuation n PE n also high turnover lately . That mean many investor r collecting it with confidence too. Target price will pass 80 cts soon . Hopefully by end May announcing financial result

another expected better Qtr result coming on stream in May 2014.....So its share price may even go higher and higher. This is only a minor correction or retracement after the gap up yesterday! So better don't buy gap up shares as the risks are much higher!

I'm involved in this counter since .43 exited once when it was .49 due to personal issue but reenteronce it hit .48..holding till now. Close to 40% gain in less than 5 months.
