Unless Genting made public in their financial reports their agreement details with Zouk, Hilton etc we'll never know for certain. For an integrated resort, footfall matters and it's great to see their Instagram that even AyuClub is packed on the opening night of Zouk. Opening of the new theatre will contribute to that as Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood and Katy Perry have all confirmed to perform and tickets are already on sale.

Yes @DestinyL….the takings from Ayu Dayclub & Ayu nite club were already impressive as I assume its daily receipts were registered as gross revenue of RWLV. Hence with Zuok’s entrance, I hope higher revenue would show for RWLV plus upcoming performing theatre.

Gent price during year 2010 to mid 2018 average price was about 8.50 and went as high more then 11.00.

This all before RWLV , now we got Gent operation in Vegas & New York generating income, also Gen Plantation conttributing with growing size of land bank .

This means target price 6 to 7 possible to reach anytime soon and by next year or so easily 8.00 to 12.00 or beyond

so Genting comrades just have to wait for the economic to fully open which so far many states are progessing well on the Phases. Being patient is the game here
