With the news that Gent will be allowed to open realy soon.

Once Gent open, price would keep goes upwards , even higher as the ocupancy goes up so its still not late to collect. Cause once this happen price may goes down only in dreams.

So keep cool and think logically, the game here is to be patient until Gent and economy fully open up.

One-off corporate taxes proposed cos due to ravaging pandemic. Very proud of those glove companies!

On the proposed capital gains tax on shares, already we all are paying some taxes each time we buy or sell shares… may not be positive news for Bursa. Since most politicians own so many properties & many rich people own millions of properties, perhaps increasing property gains tax is more appropriate?

Capital gains tax, if follow property style is good for many of us hold tight tight long long one buahahahaha
No tax if you hold a counter tight tight for example 1 year, but tax if you gain contra for 3 days! hahaha
Maybe will reduce a lot of the short selling lol
