Agreed with SSP but some ppl don't believe the latest news we share here. Smart investor will buy earlier than others and some will buy when the official news announced. Some will wait Q3 or Q4 and so on. Luckily I’m the smart investor who buys before all the good news out.

Volume traded has been very low since the price peak on 18-10-21....for a sustained uptrend, volume needs to be much higher than the current 2 to 4 million shares :(

BREAKING: MGM Resorts 3Q Profit Jumped as Restrictions Eased, Travel Increased

The Las Vegas-based casino and hotel operator said Wednesday it had net income of $1.4 billion after a loss of $535 million in the third quarter of 2020. Earnings per share reached $2.77 from a loss per share a year earlier of $1.08 and adjusted earnings per share of 3 cents from a loss per share of $1.08 the previous year. The company reported consolidated net revenue of $2.7 billion, up $140% from a year earlier.

Net revenue from the company's Las Vegas Strip resorts increased 187% to $1.4 billion in the three months through September, while revenue from regional operations jumped 66% to $925 million and revenue from MGM China roared 517% to $289 million, the company said

Old properties on the strip will be subject to tough operating competitiveness, cost and diminishing margin moving forward

RWLV as well as a few more major new developments are disrupting the crowd flow

If you were to go to Port Dickson, do you prefer Lexis Hibiscus, or will you crave for a night at Avillion? Do you think Avillion can still charge a premium over Lexis?

Mirage is a 21 year old casino, do you prefer to stay a night in a 21 year old hotel albeit at lower price, or do you prefer to pay more for a night at RWLV? What is the profit margin to operate Mirage vs RWLV if you factor in variable cost?

I don't have an absolute answer for above, just food for thought
