Looking at the chart . Doesn't look good. Trending downwards. KLCI support at 1400 may be tested. Budget hopefully may have potential of nudging up certain index linked counters. Prepared for a rough landings whether Jerome Powell says otherwise. His thinking's and policies all outdated. US may be hard hit hard by his high interest rates regime , with high oil prices inflation is a sore thumb, unemployment may be on the uptrend, Both Biden and Trump doesn't jell with any sound economic policies. Not forgetting US debt is at its historical level. Trade war with China & Russia . Funding of Ukraine war chest put any recovery plans on the sidewall

Just to share. The local casino duties have been raised to 35% from 25%{ based on gaming revenue} and gaming machine duties and taxes increased to 30% from 20%{ on gross collections } The possibility of another tax hike is very real. All this add on more operating pressure on Genting
