IPO has always been on the cards. But I would imagine it's to fund next US growth phase. NY would be compelling, perhaps will do better than LV since less competition.

I think Kien Huat used own to abt 44% of GenB. Its 37% now based on what you posted. LKT didnt pledge all of Kien Huat's GenB shares, maybe abt 7% of the entire outstanding shares of GenB are pledged.
