FRB has weird, inari director, insas frequently purchased
If insas and inari buy their own stock, I think it is reasonable. But they even FRB are bought, it seems recent events will be announced, this does not hold to the message bar.

Nothing weird on FRB. Buying this will indirectly increase the Ho Hup stake, which Insas already owns a small stake.

　（吉隆坡11日訊）消息來源披露，拿督童國策（譯音）或增持和合建築（HOHUP，5169，主要板建築）股權，至觸及強制性全面獻購水平。

　和合建築以1.80令吉開市，便逐步盤高，觸及1.93令吉。隨后，和合建築稍微收窄漲幅，休市報1.90令吉，起12仙。

　閉市時，和合建築報1.79令吉，起1仙。

　消息來源透露:“童國策與數家單位，計劃將和合建築股權增持到至少33%，觸及強制全面獻購水平。”

　據了解，童氏是和合建築的大股東。他在週四獲得債權人支持，進行重組計劃，協助和合建築脫離PN17行列。

　“和合建築已連續4個季度獲利，要求脫離PN17行列。目前，和合建築只是需要在3週內，尋求股東通過重組計劃。”

　消息來源說，和合建築早前與馬頓（MALTON，6181，主要板產業）執行主席拿督林曉春簽署協議，以60英畝土地解決債務。是項協議將讓和合建築從中獲得約9億令吉。

　據了解，英沙（INSAS，3379，主要板金融）的大股東，即vInsas Plaza私人有限公司持有和合建築5.48%股權。童氏因持有英沙，間接持有和合建築股權。

　此外，童氏所掌控的另一家上市公司富美資源（FRB，9008，主要板科技），則持有和合建築22.66%股權。

　英沙與富美資源是在今年7月份開始增持和合建築。
