Insas RI (RPS with free warrants) is not any cash call because Insas is cash rich and do not need the cash but a unique way to reward shareholders especially the controlling shareholders. As a minority shareholder I can only take a ride together with them.

The important thing now is how INSAS going to invest the cash to generate more income to INSAS and how CEO going to unlock INSAS value.

Our CAPEX is in USD 100 million over loan and working capital own capital. From day 1 operation already generate enough cash flow for working capital, loan repayment and profit.

A VERY GREAT TESTIMONIAL TO MASTER SIFU SSLEE MAH!

If u want to find a good balance role model in I3, i think Sslee is the best person loh, he has empathy and caring & mindful for the less fortunate, helpful & tactful easily approachable, he looked at the big picture & look at even the minor detailed and he is intelligent in his analysis, he has honesty & integrity, has dedication, intelligence and energy with hardwork and determination to succeed loh...!!

In other words Sslee is a guy in which Warren Buffet would love him to be his trusted employees or business partner loh...!!

Certainly Sslee is the guy that Raider would want my sons to emulate and learn all his good positive trait loh...!!

Although there are some difference between Raider v Sslee, this is mainly due to raider single mindedly all out focus on pursuing profits compare to very more balance approach of sslee mah...!!

I would says this is the fault of Raider rather than Sslee loh..!!

Thanks stockraider for your kind words.
I was full of hope with PH in 2018 GE14 and wrote many articles in i3 to gather support for PH but alas the initial tears of joy celebrating PH GE14 victory now become just a memory.

So lesson learned: Nothing last. Just do your best.

Refer latest FY result .. Insas nett Profit margin is 160% !!
It is higher than LB, PMetal and PA combined together.
It is very very HIGHEST.

But my question is, what is the point u try to make regarding profit margin.

U say PA profit margin is better than Pmetal by 1%
(WHAT ?! 1% also want to brag ?!!)

So, I just stated the fact of Insas profit margin is 160%.

So, your point is ... you got no point.

thank you insas.i have sold my free warrants and made some profit.i used the profit to buy the rps at 89c,and averagely i can have more than 6% return for 5 years,better than bank rate.

The last two RPS is for business expansion.(Stockraider already show you the growth of insas NTA for the last 10 years)
The current RPS is a unique way to reward Insas shareholders especially the controlling shareholders and his PAC (current holding 32.96%) hence unable to buy from open market without trigger the MGO. (Insas currently has accumulated enough cash warchest for next phase of accelerating growth)

Storkraider should know by now why controlling shareholders did not converted the INSAS-WB despite saying in Public Insas is the most undervalued company in Bursa.

As for me, a minority shareholder I decided to take a ride together with the controlling shareholders instead of opposing him. Fulfilled the controlling shareholders wish/need and he will unlock Insas value to benefit all. After all credit must be given where credit is due as he is the one accumulated so much wealth into Insas.

Insas SECOND priority is to not forget the FIRST PRIORITY.

Share price will adjust by itself.
Share price will adjust by market force.
