According to KYY, the market value of 10% shares in RHB held by OSK exceeds the capitalization of OSK making OSK undervalued. So same logic can apply to Insas' holding in Inari.

Insas still hold 544,853,575 Inari shares. If each quarter Inari give 2.5 cents dividend it will be 54.485 million per year tax free dividend income to Insas.

Inari will be paying at least 4.5 Sen dividend for 2021. Insas holding of 544.8 mil Inari shares wld mean Rm24.5 mil dividend income or 3.5 sen per share based on Insas share capital of 693 miil shares. It's stock broking n other business will also be paying good dividend this year. Funds will be collecting.

Mr koon if he is really serious with Insas....he should set aside Rm 50m, and start buying 60m of insas mah...!!

He can join force with sslee, Leno, Raider & gang which can contribute another 30m share mah...!!

With 90m share substantial more than 10% of total shareholding, Thong should be on the alert of potential risk....of these block could side with potential suitors if he continue to keep such a low price mah..!!

For small investors....raider advice them to collect as many insas warrants as possible....this is another trojan horse that can shake..Thong grip on insas if he is not careful mah...!!
