U cannot enter if :

If u get 3 A (Fizik, Kimia, Matematik) + 1 C (pengajian am) in STPM but you are born as non-malays.

NZ is as big as Malaysia
Population only 4 million people
Malaysia 34 million, NZ 4 fakking million only.
U can rent and drive car using Malaysia licence.
Rent a Rav4 or Tucson, anything similar,
use low gear when going down hill, don't use brake.
Remember, do not go during WINTER.
Do not repeat your mistake going japan during winter.
It is a waste of money trying to buy cheap winter flight ticket.
Winter flight is cheap for obvious reason. It is useless.

That’s export control sanctions

As for financial sanctions:

Singapore will impose financial measures targeted at Russian banks, entities and activities in Russia, as well as fundraising activities for the Russian government.

Digital payment token service providers are specifically prohibited from facilitating transactions that could help to circumvent these financial measures, said MFA.

Financial institutions in Singapore will be prohibited from entering into transactions or establishing business relationships with four Russian banks: VTB Bank Public Joint Stock Company, The Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs Vnesheconombank, Promsvyazbank Public Joint Stock Company and Bank Rossiya.

“Where there are existing business relationships, financial institutions must freeze any assets and funds of these four banks,” said MFA.

Financial institutions in Singapore cannot enter into transactions, arrangements or provide financial services that facilitate fundraising by: The Russian government; the Central Bank of the Russian Federation; any entity owned or controlled by them or acting on their direction or behalf.

The prohibitions apply to buying and selling new securities, providing financial services that facilitate new fundraising, and making or participating in the making of any new loan to the entities owned or controlled by the Russian government and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Currently all big trade partner of Russia, no apply any sanction.
Russia can buy palm oil from malaysia and indonesia,
can sell oil to India, pakistan, and China.
Can trade with South America and Africa.
Even half Europe also can trade with Russia including Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Austria ....

When the Americans ask their citizens to leave, China say they are trying to create panic
Then when Putin announce military operations, China say no worry la, Russia won’t use bombs
Then when the bombs start to drop, people start screaming apasal no warning earlier

Anyway the war is ongoing so not much anyone can say now. But there are people still saying all this is fake and recorded in Hollywood

If the Ukrainians want to enter EU or Nato, what’s that gotta do with Russia. Regardless of history, it’s a sovereign state now
As much as you don’t like Zelensky, you can’t deny that normal man on the street Ukrainians are fighting back. Don’t expect you to understand this especially for Malaysians that don’t mind losing sovereignty for history’s sake

Putin and China thought that the Ukrainians will just drop their arms and welcome the Russian army with flowers.
