Media Liang holding cost on Inari is about RM 2.60
insas plaza holding cost on inari is on equity accounting Inari NAPS is RM 0.736.

So more cash coming in and you can work out the gain on disposal of associate shares.

Insas sells bits of Inari every quarter to book some gains, this has been expected. They probably sold some Inari shares yesterday as well.

They did sell , and the reason they do it every quarter is because without it every quarter insas would be losing money through bad management and bad investments . They think if they keep selling shares and make a profit people will not realise why they are doing it…

Actually Thong and PAC can just surrender their PB with corrospond amout of WC to insas shares and trigger the conditional MGO.

Even if shareholders rejected the MGO offer Thong and PAC can still convert whatever WC they still hold and cross the 50% and rendered the MGO unconditional at the end of MGO closing date.

Thong needs to acquire sufficient Insas-WC in order to be able to cross 50% and render the MGO unconditional. And Thong can stealthily accumulate Insas-WC without having to report any purchases since he isn't a director of Insas.
