1) Director Dato Zurainah bought BJ Corp LC at 34.04 cents yesterday (knowing beforehand the announcement of latest results which is good}

Her Action speaks louder than words.

RM34.04 cents per Lc and 2 LCs equal one mother

So 34.04 cents x 2 = 68.08 cents

So Insider has set a new benchmark for BJ CORP - 68.08 cents.

what is the down side? drop back to 50 sens? What is the upside? RM 1 or RM 1.5?
As long as the upside is much greater than down side; it is worth a gamble. Besides, the NTA of RM1.4 means the stock may shoot up when they start declaring profit. BJ corp got so many bullets to fire if they want to make big profit, to make financial report look good; like sell land, sell shares etc.
Yes it can drop, but it can also rise. Technical chart is showing an uptrend with a 60 sens resistance. Lets see what is going to happen today. Cautious investors can wait till the price break the 60sens barrier.
Next GM meeting BJcorp will request to buy back up to 10% of shares. Will that happen? Shareholders will hope so. Lets see.

成功机构首季净利暴跌84%
财经 2014年9月29日


（吉隆坡29日讯）近期股价大热的成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股）今日公佈2015財政年首季（截至7月31日止）业绩表现，其净利按年暴跌84.50%，至828万令吉；营业额则取得24亿8503万令吉，按年上升23.05%。

此外，该公司的税前盈利按年下跌23.27%，至2亿零30万令吉，去年同期为2亿6104万令吉。

根据文告指出，成功机构的营业额按年取得成长，主要是受到消费品业务营销支撑；至于税前盈利下跌，主要是因为去年的酒店与度假村业务因以9470万令吉脱售成功新加坡酒店获得特別盈利所致。

除了酒店与度假村业务，成功机构旗下的博彩业务也取得较低的税前盈利，因为承担较高的营运开销以及奖金派发也比去年同期高。

然而，成功机构的汽车分销业务则获得较高的税前盈利，这主要是因为纳入H.R.Owen私人有限公司的税前盈利，同时该业务取得较高的营业额以及毛盈利转幅也有所改善。

至於產业投资和发展业务，也取得较高的税前盈利，因为按工程进度收款帐单也高于去年同期。

2015挑战更严峻

展望未来，成功机构管理层在文告中指出，以目前的经济前景来看，成功机构2015財政年营运將会面对挑战。

但由于成功机构刚完成收购成功星巴克私人有限公司额外的50%股权，以及建议出售位于雪兰莪佔地1万零726.17英亩的永久业权土地；因此，管理层预计，该机构2015財政年整体业绩表现依然良好。

母股凭单交投热

成功机构连续两个交易日挤上热门榜，该股今日全天上扬1.5仙或2.632%，掛0.585令吉，高于上週五（26日）的0.570令吉，成为全场第2大热门股。该股成交量为1亿4439万零700股，低于上週五的2亿令403万2500股。

与此同时，其凭单成功机构-WB（BJCORP-WB）今日微跌1仙或3.774%，掛0.255令吉，成交量获得7786万4600股，成为全场第5大热门股。

I'm always monitoring at the momentum. Look at ytd after 12noon, the result release should already triggered most of the insider investor to throw kuat kuat since ytd... we should already been trapped by then ... official announce at bursa is at 6pm... but closing price? Mother up 0.015 rather than trapping at lower price... so if 90% didn't throw, why do you choose to be the 10% :)

BJ Corp follows PM Corp pattern

PM Corp jumped from 15 cents to 18 cents. Then shot up to 24 cents. And on weakness PM Corp retraced to 20.5 cents by Panic Sellers.

Then PM Corp ZOOMED to 24 cents

ZOOMED to 29 - 30 cents & hovered there for some time.

Then ZOOMED to A High of 37 Cents!

And even today PM CORP STILL TRADES AT 30 Cents. UP 100% FROM CALVIN'S CALL TO BUY AT 15 CENTS.

SO THOSE WHO SELL TODAY ARE LIKE THOSE WHO SOLD PM CORP ON WEAKNESS AT 20.5 Cents Then.
