People though the stock move up from RM0.49 to RM0.585 is very high d.. But they forgot this stock was actually dropped from RM1.50 to RM0.47... so now RM0.565 is just 35% of its historical growth..

During the past 7 years, did BJCORP growth stronger or become worst than year 2007?
Did you see more n more starbucks, more n more Mazda car, more n more cosway...etc.

In year 2007, NTA is RM1, but share price is RM1.50.
In year 2014, NTA is RM1.3, but share price is RM0.565.

BJCORP own so many property and land, and you know the property price at least went up DOUBLE from 2007 to 2014. and the NTA is still reflecting the original cost value.

So why you think it is expensive now?

the only way to show significant share price gain is to clean up balance sheet and pay good dividend, whether its financial gains are reflected in the book or not

the report is upto 310714, no worry for the qr until 311014 as still got profit from land disposal which can value added to the NTA. Land, property and investment is a long term investment, we can't expect to get short term gain, or operation gain. It will have a very different scenario. In fact, it will caused higher expenditure without generate any revenue at the initial stage, however, after n year, the gain might be very huge. Or perhaps, the "lao mi" used up in the waiting period. Risk always go along with gain.
5 years ago, an acre of agri land somewhere in Johore just RM40K. At that moment, the harvest only RM200-300/month before deduct the expenditure like fertilizer, labor fee, etc. The return will less than 3-4% before management fee. OMG, operation loss mar, but currently if you offer it for RM120K for the same agri land, the next day, the land will change hand, not yours anymore. Every period you will shout short of cash ( making loss ) but now situation change, 200% return over 5 years or 40% annual return. What do you think, a short term or long term investment suite to you? You are an investor, or speculator.
Please bear in mind, not everyday is Sunday for speculator.

When Calvin told one Remisier about PM Corp last year. PM Corp was traded then at only 13 cents. He took a cursory glance at PM Corp's latest result which showed a loss. how can you justify if it is good company using their share price ? negative earnings company also can have sudden price movement upwards, does that mean is good company? as long as got people goreng inside, price can sudden shoot up also ! even if u can make alot money from it, that dont justify u are good investor, good speculator is more appropriate.

no, i do not want to study your tread or post in pmcorp. In fact, i studied almost 8 years of their annual report and found out the root of their problem. until, now they are still struggling to lower their COGS and S,G,A expenses. Perhaps they can still come back and be successful one day.....but that is only just MAYBE. Share price dont determine ur success as investor...all counters also move up and down, i also make money. price factor dont determine if it is good company full stop

Q : wat happen if your counter lose money, whereas someone u hate make money ?
A : u will get very angry and go trash tok his counter and tell the world the share price go up mean nothing, whereas share price go down mean your stock is a good company that'w why your stock price go down mar.

Q : any other symptoms ?
A : another symptoms is calling someone u hate brain damage even when his stock shoot up and telling the world your name is ganasai.

Q : any medicine ?
A : usually i will simply ask him how much he lose and LAUGH until rolling on the floor.
