Calvin attended a total of 4 AGM of PM Corp. Almost all the Directors Do Not Own PM Corp Shares. Not even the CFO.

See PM Corp Jumped From 9 cents to 37 cents (UP 400%).

So it does not matter whether BJ Corp Directors own any share or not.

Daiman?

Atuk again really behind time!

Calvin bought Daiman at RM1.40. Calvin even bought cement aggreegate from Daiman Batching Plant to do construction. Daiman Boss Mr. Wong even gave Calvin several pieces of odd lands to sell. Right now I have half an acre land designated for petrol station for sale by Daiman. Only problem is - there is no proper access road.

Most of Daiman remaining lands are in faraway Kota Tinggi.

The Lands are already up 2,000% if revalued. What is the 5% Bj Corp profit you are looking at.

Just this week, an analyst valued it at max RM0.60 and it reach that value shortly but it could not stay long enough. this is as good as a sign of unloading by major broking house for big player. Good luck and I will not purchase anytime soon until it stablise in the chart indicator.

BJcorp can increase their share price easily if senior management want it to. Simple to cash in few high value subsidiary shares in the market over a few quarters, hand out good dividends, etc. But they don't want to? Keep the value low, major shareholders can buy in and privatise more shares? Nobody knows. it is a very rich company for sure.

VT are busy for his MOL IPO Roadshow this two weeks.

Since MOL is the first Malaysian company to be listed in US, I believe it will sure attract a lots of investor attraction.

Then slowly they will discovered VT flagship company - BJCORP is the most under-value company in Bursa Malaysia.

Remember, MOL’s roadshow will end on October 7 and pricing is scheduled on 8th october (wednesday).

So on 9th October (Thursday) morning 9am, you will see BJCORP share price shoot up to more RM0.65.

most people knows BJcorp has many undervalued assets, and many high value subsidiaries. Selling just selected few will increase profit and shoot the price up. But by keeping the value of BJ corp down, senior management or major shareholders can buy more to "privatise" themselves.
